At Chee, we aim to ensure a positive shopping experience. However, if you need to return an item, this policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on purchases made through Chee on behalf of our merchants. Please note that certain conditions apply, and there are cases where returns or refunds may not be eligible.
Chee offers a 7-day return window for most items and a 15-day return window for items purchased from Official Stores, starting from the date of delivery. Returns are not accepted after these periods, except where your legal rights apply. Eligible reasons for returns include:
Changed Mind: Applicable to all categories except items listed in Section 3 (for health and hygiene reasons).
Incorrect Fit: Only applies to clothing and shoes where the size is accurate but doesn’t fit as expected.
Malfunction After First Use: Applies to all categories, excluding clothing, sports and fitness items, and consumables.
Broken or Defective Items: Applicable to all categories.
Missing Parts or Accessories: Applicable to all categories.
Used or Expired Items: Applies to all categories except software.
Inauthentic or Counterfeit Items: Applies to all categories.
Wrong Item/Color/Size/Model: Applicable to all categories.
Returns will only be accepted if items are unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with seals intact. Exceptions apply to defective or damaged items within the return period, as defined by the manufacturer’s guidelines.
To maintain customer safety, we do not accept returns for certain categories due to health and hygiene reasons, such as:
Returns for these categories are only accepted if the item is incorrect, defective, damaged, or counterfeit.
We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery unless the item malfunctions or is damaged under normal use per the manufacturer's guidelines, within the return period. Please note:
When returning an item, it must be in the exact condition in which it was received, with original packaging, tags, and labels. For items with privacy-sensitive data, ensure all personal data is erased, and any linked accounts are delinked. Chee is not responsible for items accidentally included in return shipments or for personal data breaches due to non-erased information.
Once your return is accepted, Chee will process a refund for the item’s purchase price per our return timelines. Delivery costs will be refunded only if the return is due to a Chee or merchant error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item). Refunds for discretionary returns (e.g., “changed mind” or sizing issues) exclude delivery fees. Refund options will be detailed in your refund request form.
All returned items undergo inspection. If a return is rejected, no refund will be issued. Chee will attempt to redeliver the item twice within 3–7 business days. After these attempts, you will be notified to collect the item within 30 days. Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture, and Chee may dispose of the item as deemed appropriate.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless due to a Chee or merchant error. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit.
Chee does not offer exchanges. To request a different size, color, or item, please return the unwanted product per this policy and place a new order.
